Case study / Website Redesign
Rebuilding a trades site that was losing calls
The content was fine. The structure buried it. This redesign keeps the words and rebuilds everything around them.
The brief
A dated multi-page site with nine near-identical service pages, no location coverage and a contact form as the only route to a human. The redesign kept the existing copy where it worked and rewrote hierarchy, navigation and calls to action.
01 / Approach
Consolidate and clarify
Nine thin service pages became four substantial ones, each answering scope, pricing signal and response time in the first screen.
02 / Approach
Location coverage that earns its place
Genuine area pages describe real coverage, travel time and local context instead of swapping a town name into a template.
03 / Approach
Tap-to-call first
On mobile, the phone number is the primary action everywhere. The form is a fallback, not the only door.
