Plain English, no filler. Here's what we collect when you contact us, and what we do with it.
When you submit a quote request, demo request, website review or general enquiry, we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, business name, email address, phone number, website address and whatever you write about your project.
We use it for one purpose — to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote or demo, and discuss the work. We don't use it for anything else.
Submissions are stored in a secure database and sent to us by email so we can reply. Access is restricted to Cartvys.
We don't sell your information and we don't share it with third parties for marketing. We use standard service providers for hosting, database storage and email delivery, who process data on our behalf.
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting project, plus a reasonable period afterwards for our own records.
Under UK data protection law you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@cartvys.com and we'll deal with it.
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
